The leads aren't the problem. Your funnel is.
Strong coaching funnels do 2–3× the revenue per lead yours does. Same ad spend. Same leads. The audit names the lever. The fix moves it.
Numbers I personally closed over three years frontline in the niche:
Every coaching funnel leaks in the same seven places.
Across 14,000 leads and 17 audiences, the same seven levers decide whether a funnel converts or bleeds. Yours lives in one of them.

Each lever has two sides: what you built, and where your prospect is. The leak lives in the gap.
One hour. Your numbers. The leak in dollars.
We walk your funnel together — ad click to retention. Each lever benchmarked against data from 14,000 leads across 17 audiences. You see the gap in dollars, not frameworks.
You leave with the one lever worth fixing this month. Keep the report either way.
In leaked revenue identified across four coaches last quarter. Different price points, different audiences — the leak always lived in one of the seven.
Per client, per month — from one lever fixed.
Half back if you don't proceed. Your lever moves in 30 days. If not, the next 30 are on me.
You attend. You implement within 48 hours. That's the only ask.

How is this different from a program?
A program teaches you a system. I diagnose your funnel against operator data and tell you which of the seven levers is bleeding right now. Most coaches I work with are already in a program. The program teaches the move. The audit tells you which move is worth making this month.
What's the full engagement cost?
The audit is $2,500 — half back if you don't proceed. If we work together after, The Fix is priced against what your funnel is leaking. We calculate it together on the call. Half upfront, half when we're done.
How long does it take?
The audit is one hour. If we proceed, The Fix runs 30 days — three to four working sessions, one per week. We identify the biggest lever, I give you the playbook, and we install it into your funnel together.
I'm not a coach who teaches other coaches. I'm an operator. I've moved 14,000 leads and closed 2,000 coaching sales across 17 audiences. I know what a leaking funnel looks like because I've fixed them for a living.
